Night Auditor – Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort
Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking for a full‑time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The hotel features 231 newly renovated guest rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with direct beach access.
Shift Pattern:
Typical overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am; weekend and holiday availability required.
Pay Range:
$19.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Audit, post, and balance daily cashiers’ work for outlets, including rooms and food & beverage
Ensure the credit‑card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
Schedule, assign, and train team members for daily work
Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance
Qualifications & Attributes
Hotel front‑desk experience; night‑auditor experience highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and detail‑oriented skills
Proficiency with OnQ systems is a plus
