This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor and is expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.

The incumbent will provide executive administrative support services to the Director and the OES Management Team and will serve as a point of contact for all Environmental Stewardship personnel to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

Math skills sufficient to keep track of receipts, office purchases, and financial reporting.

Experience with spreadsheets and word processing sufficient to create reports, documents, and correspondences for all levels of professional staff.

Experience with database management sufficient to enter data and create complex reports.

Customer Service skills sufficient to assess customer requests and research appropriate contacts.

Experience with developing administrative and programmatic procedures.
