What We Are Hungry For The Junior Accountant will provide general accounting support, including creating reports, performing data entry of statements, preparing filings and reconciling transactions.
Knowledge And Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions in ERP (Restaurant 365) System.
Prepare daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
Deposit checks and perform data-entry into R365.
Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly sales and tax filings.
Assist with month-end close, including booking accruals, recording revenue, preparing schedules, and tax work.
Perform routine activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and other month‑end close activities.
Assist with various AR/AP functions when needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly credit card spending reports.
Prepare daily fund report and reconcile marketplace transactions.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
What You Need To Have
Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in accounting.
Prior experience in the Food or Beverage industry preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; capable of managing large-volume data.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing, highly entrepreneurial environment.
