What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide responsive and effective chat and email support to merchants during onboarding and ongoing maintenance
Complete onboarding tasks for merchants, including front-end development on Shopify storefronts
Install and customize Okendo widgets, and address front-end bugs
Collaborate with the development team to communicate customer feedback and identify product enhancementsParticipate in cross-functional projects to improve overall customer experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role with a technical specialization
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non-technical users
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and problem-solve effectively
Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
Previous experience in e-commerce or with Shopify-specific platforms
Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
