Workflow Coordinator
to be the mastermind behind our warehouse operations. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track—analyzing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and making sure every shipment flows smoothly. Pay Range and Schedule
Pay Range: $21.63–$26.44 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday‑Friday 2pm‑10:30pm)
Responsibilities
Optimize Workflow – Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency, allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability, and tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head‑on.
Keep the Dock Moving – Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
Communicate & Collaborate – Be the bridge between teams! Keep leadership in the loop and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure everything stays on track.
Tackle other duties like a pro—within your training and expertise.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning.
Tech‑savvy – Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite).
Detail‑oriented & analytical – Strong problem‑solving skills.
Great communicator – Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively.
Adaptable & organized – Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team.
Bonus Points If You Have
An associate’s degree or college coursework.
Experience with JDA WMS.
A solid understanding of warehouse operations.
