Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement corrective actions. Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and production teams. Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Experience with manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Direct experience implementing or managing projects within a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle). International project management experience, particularly with multi-site manufacturing operations.
