Recommended Qualifications Proven 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams. Proficiency in managing production planning, budgeting, cost control, and inventory. Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
