Partner with third‑party OEMs to assess capabilities, negotiate alignment, and manage joint development programs.
Establish mechanisms to track progress, identify risks, and escape or resolve issues quickly.
Support R&D initiatives that challenge traditional conveyance, sortation, and robotics solutions.
Build consensus across stakeholders; deliver crisp narratives and updates to senior leadership.
Share program management best practices, foster a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement.
Manage risk through proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, robotics, and industrial equipment.
