Lead the successful delivery of complex programs, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
Build and maintain relationships with executives, managers, team members, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
Create and manage program roadmaps, budgets, resources, dependencies, and communication plans.
Identify, anticipate, and mitigate project and program risks proactively.
Present project updates and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
What's Needed?
Demonstrable Program Management experience in delivering successful programs.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as agile, iterative, and waterfall.
Experience with product-led methodology and managing large or complex projects.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team motivation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak in both business and technical terms.
