Job Description Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside of facilities.
Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Transport items up to 35 pounds.
Walk and move throughout the facility, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Qualifications
Experience : Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between different work locations or for other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
