Position Overview
Public Storage, the self‑storage industry leader, is hiring a Property Manager. This one‑hour gig offers
$15.00 per hour
and flexible full‑time schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
Flexible full‑time schedule from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends until 5pm).
Eligible for full‑time benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending) after working an average of 20+ hours.

Responsibilities
Independently manage multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, sell packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
Help keep customers current on payments, make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Transport, lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk and move in/out of facilities, spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas, maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal).
Qualifications
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle—required for travel between work locations and other work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available).
