8 Shifts – All include rotating weekends and some holidays
Full Time, Afternoon Shift – 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors
Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
Qualifications
Registered Nurse License required in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher
High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
