Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Assess needs and implement care as needed using the latest technology and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Compensation
Base wage: $40.55 per hour
Hero pay: $3.40 per hour

Schedule
12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
Full‑time
Days or nights available
Perform a variety of treatments, including IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans and patient condition
Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our daily interactions with guests, families and visitors
Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction, assignments, training and contribute to recognition and evaluations
Qualifications
Current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
High analytical ability for personalized care plans, effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and problem‑solving
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
