Position Overview DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center, supporting patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities
No dialysis experience required.
Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
Float to various facilities during and after training.
Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Work as part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, applying broad nursing skills and knowledge.
Operate daily in a fast‑paced environment, using head, heart, and hands.

Requirements
Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completing the medical‑director approved training program and CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system.
BENON or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire required.
