Compensation
Hourly wages for LPN: $30.15 per hour
Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients/families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
Oversee the CNA team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment
Qualifications
Current license to practice as an LPN Nurse in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher
High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and devise solutions to complex problems regarding well‑being
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
Team player who dedicates effort to support team members and accomplish tasks
