Description: We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities
Optimize Inventory Levels: By using statistical analysis and validated planning parameters, ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and minimize shortages. Align Supply and Demand: Align the supply plan with the demand plan, driving stability and efficiency in the supply chain. Enhance Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards: Report any work-related incidents and comply with HSE standards to contribute to a safer and healthier workplace. Ensure Quality Compliance: Perform quality checks on planning parameters and follow standard work procedures to maintain high-quality standards. Conduct Supply and Demand Analysis: Highlight areas of concern for the next 12 months to enable proactive adjustments and better planning. Improve Planning Parameters: Run simulations and analyze the impact of parameter changes to optimize KPIs. Monitor and Adjust Plans: Monitor abnormal demand and stock levels and make necessary adjustments to maintain balance and meet customer needs. Foster Team Communication and Development: Communicate effectively within the team and participate in improvement projects to enhance teamwork and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting/filtering, spreadsheet maintenance). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment. Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience, or other regulatory-compliant qualification. This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions compliance. Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. Additional Information
The Supply Chain Coordinator II is responsible for supporting daily aftermarket operations by processing quote requests and ensuring accurate, timely data entry across systems and Excel spreadsheets. The coordinator maintains up-to-date pricing, documents vendor lead times, and assists with new part setup. This position also provides cross-functional support to other coordinators as needed. Key Responsibilities include: owning and managing the shared supply chain inbox, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders, responding to quote requests with pricing updates, ensuring pricing is consistently updated and aligned between systems, providing backup support to other coordinators, and collaborating with planning, purchasing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
