We are looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Coordinator who is passionate about precision, technology, and collaborative problem-solving. The Mechanical BIM Coordinator will be a key member of our Design Team, responsible for the verification, coordination, and management of 3D mechanical models. You will bridge the gap between design intent and field installation, ensuring all mechanical systems (HVAC, Piping, Plumbing) are fully coordinated within the BIM environment.
Responsibilities
Coordination of Mechanical with other discipline
Review Mechanical issue and shop submittal and RFI: Review and checks for issues. / Review and checks for shop submittal. / Review and checks for RFI.
Approves shop DWG: Check whether the coordination results are reflected in Shop DWG.
Checks As-built results.
Checks and manages the match between the installment and the Design.
Qualifications
Completion of a four-year college degree, and mechanical degree program preferred
More than three-year experiences in BIM profession preferred
Experience of semiconductor construction site preferred
Must be able to use BIM (Revit and Navisworks) and CAD and PDF S/W: Modeling, Clash Grouping, Quantity Take Off, Exporting sheets based on Revit
Review/Approves Shop DWG and Review RFI
