Patient Access Representatives
for our client’s growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare call center experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional patient service. Key Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls (100+ per day) from patients regarding appointments, procedures, and general inquiries. Schedule patient appointments and update demographic information in the EHR system (NextGen). Perform insurance verification and assist with patient registration. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and clinic details. Route calls to appropriate departments when necessary and escalation complex issues. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications
Previous healthcare call center experience required. Experience with
NextGen
or other EMR systems strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Why Join Us?
