Job Summary
The maintenance Manager will safely ensure all facility and equipment is functioning properly, this is done by overseeing the maintenance department. This person is responsible for ensuring the team is receiving training (safety, job duties, personal development, etc.). Assigns tasks to Techs, and ensures all goals and benchmarks are met for the maintenance department. Works with Purchasing to ensure the part room is stocked properly with all max/min inventory levels. Oversee internal projects and completes on time and within budget. Oversee and maintains the maintenance budget. This role collaborates with site Management and Production leaders on all facilities maintenance related items. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring all safety guidelines are followed (i.e., OSHA complaint, lock out/tag out procedures, etc.). They consistently demonstrate, promote and display behaviors aligned with core values.

This is an onsite role based in Galloway, NJ
Job Responsibilities
Create a safe and clean work environment/culture for all employees
Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available and in working order
Creates and sets expectations with all employees
Creates a 'Can Do' culture with customer needs in mind (i.e.: facility/production)
Enforces all company policies and standards (safety, OSHA compliance, etc.)
Maintain maintenance budget
Creates Preventive Maintenance program (create and audit)
Create troubleshooting guides
Track maintenance metrics
Oversees projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Ensures up time for plant to achieve its goals
Reviews and completes all required paperwork
Address any personnel concerns (non-HR related)
Completes and processes time-off requests and timesheets for payroll timely
Interview and make hiring decisions on maintenance technicians
Works directly with Plant Management to ensure safety standards are being met
Job Requirements
Comfortable rolling up sleeves to learn and coach
2+ years managerial experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility
Journeyman electrician preferred
Experience working in a production organization is preferred
Understanding of Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Electrical systems is required
Knowledge/skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
Professional and Personable, great communicator both written and spoken
Ability to think outside the box, and be hands on with Maintenance team
Proficiency in basic business (Microsoft Office) software
Passionate, action and detail-oriented leader
Compensation
Base salary is $100,000 - $125,000
Bonus is 10% - 15% annually
