Nightly Responsibilities
Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies for all venues to include: Retail, Banquets, Restaurant, Snack Bar, Lounge and Golf
Prepare daily reports, including revenue and occupancy reports
Post all Banquet event charges/checks
Respond to guest inquiries overnight and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Check guests in and out, process payments, and make reservations as needed
Monitor guest requests and ensure they are completed accurately and timely
Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity or incidents
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
Non-Essential Functions

Qualifications
18 or older required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays - Wednesday - Saturday / 11pm - 9am
Strong Accounting skills / mindset preferably in a hotel environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills
Previous Hotel / Restaurant POS system experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to pass a background check
