Title: L2/L3 Lead Support Engineer — Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite). Duration: 12 Months Contract. Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support with a focus on Java, Python, Spark, and AWS services. Engage with Databricks and Databricks-related workflows; contribute to architectural and operational decisions. Collaborate as an onsite Tech Lead to guide incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation management. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support, with L2/L3 support experience. Expert level proficiency in Java, Python, Spark, and AWS (Redshift, Aurora, SQS, Glue, Airflow, etc.). Databricks skills and experience. Work Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite). Key Skills
