A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced
Payroll Analyst
to manage, process, and analyze payroll operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional with hands‑on ADP experience and a solid understanding of payroll taxes, labor laws, and healthcare payroll environments.
Position Overview The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role supports payroll execution, reporting, audits, and issue resolution, and works closely with HR and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and improve payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and audit employee timekeeping data
Calculate payroll, including regular hours, overtime, leaves, bonuses, and commissions
Process payroll through ADP, including reporting and issue resolution
Manage payroll taxes, statutory deductions, and withholdings
Initiate timely payroll payments via direct deposit or other approved payment methods
Maintain and update payroll records, including pay rate changes and employee status updates
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
Stay current on changes to payroll tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements
Coordinate closely with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
Requirements Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
3–5+ years of payroll processing experience
Hands‑on experience using ADP for payroll execution, reporting, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of payroll taxes, statutory deductions, and labor laws
Experience supporting payroll operations in a healthcare environment (strongly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills for payroll data management and reporting

Excellent numerical accuracy and data validation abilities
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Effective communication skills for working with employees, leadership, and external agencies
