Michigan real estate license Bachelor’s degree Valid driver’s license 5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience with proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based research Exceptional sales and negotiation skills Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and prioritize Project a confident and professional appearance and attitude Strong work ethic and desire to work in a commission-based environment Desire to make occupier-focused real estate a career choice EEO Statement
