Managing Escrow Officer

Job Description The Managing Escrow Officer is responsible for managing the division operation and its employees providing escrow and related services, maintaining profitability, enforcing performance and operating goals, and acting as liaison between mortgage, builder, and compliance stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Manages the division ensuring escrow and related services through staff to maximize productivity and profitability
Gathers and reviews business information, such as reporting, market forecasting, and personal data reports
Consults with senior leadership personnel to obtain real‑estate and related business information
Works with vendors who provide services to FA (typically pre‑approved); monitors/vendor compliance, cost‑effectiveness, quality and timeliness of work; may manage a wider range of vendors including office management providers
Tracks and monitors division expenses; may include office‑management duties
Ensures staff provides title services to customers and partners with mortgage and builder teams to meet compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines
Supervises escrow personnel, assures compliance with company policies, and reviews quality of work
Assists customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures, pricing schedules, etc.
Manages competing priorities and delivers successful track record of designing, developing, and executing complex projects
Leads change, manages conflict, fosters collaboration, and recruits, retains, and develops talent
Drives customer loyalty, manages expectations, solicits feedback, and ensures commitments are met
Engages with leaders to identify and implement solutions to improve business effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2–4 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
Demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the Division level
Notary Public, active title license strongly preferred
