Managing Escrow Officer (Retail Division) Position will sit and oversee the Fresno Division branch.

Job Description The Managing Escrow Officer is responsible for managing the division operation and its employees, providing escrow and related services to maintain cost‑effective and profitable operations. The role focuses on enforcing performance and operating goals, monitoring branch and associate performance, ensuring compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines.

Your Responsibilities On The Team

Manages the division, ensuring escrow and related services through staff to maximize productivity and profitability.

Gathers and reviews business information pertinent to the division such as reporting, market forecasting, and personal data reports.

Frequently consults with senior leadership personnel to obtain a variety of real estate and related business information.

Works with vendors who provide services to the division, monitoring and managing vendor compliance, cost effectiveness, quality, and timeliness of work.

Tracks and monitors division expenses; may include office management‑type duties.

Has extensive experience in the title and escrow industry (residential, commercial, subdivision, and exchanges). Demonstrates strong supervisory skills, professional communication skills, and computer skills.

Works on a diverse range of problems of moderate scope, evaluating various factors and current business trends.

Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in determining objectives and approaches to project completion.

Receives assignments as objectives, establishes goals, and allocates resources to meet schedules and goals.

Reviews work in terms of meeting product, project, or operational objectives, quality, schedules, and budgets.

Manages, supervises, and coordinates escrow personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and timely escrow procedures.

Regularly reviews quality of work and spot‑checks complete escrow files to ensure adherence to customer requests and company policies.

Assists customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures, and pricing schedules.

Exhibits strong process skills, is detail oriented, and demonstrates strong computer and customer service skills.

Leads, seeks advice, and manages competing priorities.

Has a successful track record of designing, developing, and executing complex projects.

Influences the thinking of others in sensitive situations using influence.

Communicates the function's vision and departmental direction, setting aligned goals and resources.

Recruits, retains, and develops talent while holding employees accountable for results.

Models customer loyalty, manages expectations, solicits feedback, and ensures commitments are met.

Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to enhance business effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2–4 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.

Demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the division level.

Notary Public, active title license strongly preferred.
