Managing Escrow Officer

Job Description The Managing Escrow Officer is responsible for managing the division operation and its employees providing escrow and related services, to maintain cost-effective and profitable operations. The role will also be responsible for enforcing performance and operating goals and objectives for branch and branch associates while monitoring overall branch and associate performance. The Managing Escrow Officer will ensure staff is providing title services to customers as well as partnering with and acting as a liaison between mortgage and builder to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the division ensuring escrow and related services through staff to maximize productivity and profitability.
Gather and review business information, such as reporting, market forecasting, and personal data reports.
Consult with senior leadership personnel to obtain real estate and related business information.
Work with vendors who provide services to FA, monitor/manage vendor compliance, cost effectiveness, quality and timeliness. Improve processes and quality of output.
Track and monitor division expenses; include office management duties.
Supervise, coordinate and ensure compliance with company policies and timely escrow procedures.
Review quality of work and spot‑check complete escrow files to ensure adherence to customer requests and company policies.
Assist customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures and pricing schedules.
Lead and influence teams, manage competing priorities, and drive customer loyalty.
Actively recruit, retain and develop talent and hold employees accountable for results.
Collaboratively engage with leaders to identify and implement solutions to improve business effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
2–4 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.
Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects.
Notary Public, active title license strongly preferred.
