Production Supervisor- 1st shift
for a
Full time
position.
Pay is $60-80K DOE
Responsibilities
Provides supervision, coordination, and follow‑up to all work delegated to general production worker personnel.
Consistently achieves and improves production and quality standards.
Coordinate with other support departments such as technicians and engineering.
Provides training and maintains proper process, machine, and lot‑trace ability documentation according to ISO procedures.
Works with Production Planner to coordinate and prioritize schedule to meet on‑time delivery.
Regularly walk the production floor throughout the day to monitor productivity/performance of general production workers.
Requirements
Three‑year related manufacturing experience minimum – medical GMP / ISO environment preferred.
Prior supervisory experience with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and mechanical aptitude skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any ERP system.
