Senior Accountant Due to continued global growth and expanding business operations, we are creating a new Senior Accountant position within our Corporate Accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to step into a high‑visibility environment, contribute to process improvements, and support a complex, multinational organization.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Base pay range – $95,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Perform month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

Maintain and analyze the general ledger to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures for a public company environment.

Assist with internal and external audit requests, providing clear documentation and analysis.

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Partner with cross‑functional teams—including FP&A, Operations, and International Subsidiaries—to resolve accounting issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Participate in special projects related to system enhancements, process automation, and global expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of general ledger accounting experience, ideally within a public company or large, complex organization.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and international teams.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growing environment.
