As an In-House Attorney, you will support Epic's ongoing growth, negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and manage litigation. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and rapidly increase as you expand your knowledge in this fast‑paced industry.

Responsibilities
Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Manage litigation and related legal matters.
Own challenging projects as your experience grows.
Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
