Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and draft multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the United States and abroad.
Manage litigation matters.
