Job Title: Associate, Advisory (Private Markets)

New York, NY Schedule:
Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote Compensation:
$175,000–$200,000 base + discretionary bonus
Overview This Associate role is within a leading private markets advisory firm, focused on executing private equity fundraises end-to-end. The position works closely with senior leadership and offers meaningful client exposure, project ownership, and the opportunity to manage and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Execute advisory fundraises from launch through close
Lead preparation of fundraising materials, maintain timelines, and oversee process management
Manage and develop analyst team members
Serve as primary client contact for process and operational matters
Participate in client meetings and senior-level interactions
Support origination efforts, due diligence, and database management
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in private equity, private capital fundraising, investment banking (M&A), or corporate finance advisory
At least 2 years in an advisory or consultative environment preferred
Strong corporate finance and financial modeling skills
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and commercially minded
Confident client-facing professional with leadership potential
Prior people management or mentoring experience preferred
