About the Position: Lead global logistics optimization by improving warehouse footprint, transport routes, and container/truck use; implement TMS and digital tools for efficiency and emissions reduction. Define and enforce logistics standards, ensure customs compliance, and harmonize packaging processes. Drive sustainability initiatives to cut Scope 3.4 emissions and embed green practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Finance, and Sales for cost alignment and logistics support. Champion digital transformation to eliminate manual work and enhance visibility through analytics and automation. Manage vendor performance and cost optimization across sea, land, and warehouse providers. Lead and develop global/regional logistics teams (11 HC across APAC, NA, EMEA, LATAM plus GBS-SC), fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What Qualifications you will bring:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum Experience: 12+ years in global logistics and supply chain leadership within Tier 1 automotive or complex manufacturing, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills: Expertise in TMS/WMS systems, Incoterms, customs compliance, and digitalization projects. Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and CO₂ reduction strategies.
Other skills that we would welcome:
Proven ability to lead global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience in Lean/Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.
Cultural adaptability and knowledge of APAC, North America, and EMEA business practices.
