$78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects, from initiation and planning to closure.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for production initiatives.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to achieve project milestones.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent production delays or cost overruns.

Ensure all project deliverables adhere to manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal departments and external vendors or suppliers relevant to manufacturing projects.

Recommended Qualifications

PMP certification or extensive experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) applied to manufacturing projects.

In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles.

Proven track record managing projects such as new product introduction (NPI), process optimization, or capital equipment installation in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and manufacturing Bills of Material (BOMs).

Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource allocation, and schedule adherence for complex manufacturing projects.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Experience with specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Familiarity with manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 principles

Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
