In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel (Litigation)
The role is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
You'll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You'll negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and manage litigation. Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
