You'll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, manage compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and oversee litigation. Strong academic and professional background
Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
