Senior In‑house Attorney – Epic
Based in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
This role supports Epic’s growth as the company expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and manage litigation. Strong academic and professional background
Eye for detail, a creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
