Job Description: Job duties include:
Install and configure software and hardware components, including computers, printers, and peripherals
Provide technical support and maintain computer hardware and software within a network environment
Offer technical assistance and training to department personnel
Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors within the office
$14/hour
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed for the movement and installation of computer equipment and printers
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in JS, PHP or any shell scripting
Previous technical support experience, particularly troubleshooting Windows or MacOS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mobile device operating systems, and networking
Possession of a valid driver's license
