Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone – the first face they see when they walk in the door. You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems – you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.
Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Comprehensive 6‑month training, including an experienced peer mentor

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events

Role Requirements
Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Perform account opening, handle account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
Compensation
Human‑centered partnership approach with bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, plus individual performance.
Variable compensation programs, including merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
Hiring Minimum: $26.10
– Hiring Maximum: $28.26
(subset of the total pay range).
