Job Overview Are you a relationship builder, problem solver, or critical thinker? If so, we need you on our team. At Edward Jones, we call our field associates branch teams. Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone – the first face they see when they walk in the door. Your most important responsibility is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems, but you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor work together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support Provided
Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer mentor.
A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office.
You will often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Part‑time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12‑month measurement period are eligible for:

Retirement Plan (if compensated for 1,000 hours of service during the plan year).

Compensation
Hiring Minimum: $26.10
Hiring Maximum: $28.26
Edward Jones believes in a human‑centered approach to partnership. Compensation includes discretionary and variable programs, which include bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance.
There is also an opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Role Requirements
Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Administrative & Operational Support: Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
