Qualifications

Strong expertise in Business Architecture and Business Process design

Proficiency in gathering and analyzing Business Requirements with advanced Analytical Skills

Solid experience in Business Analysis to guide decision‑making and process improvement

Proficient understanding and hands‑on experience with Pega systems and solutions

Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Relevant certifications in Pega architecture are highly desirable
