We encourage you to apply to become a part of our team!**Description of Work**The primary purpose of the position is to provide high level administrative and coordinating functions for the Museums of the Cape Fear and support the Regional Museum Site Manager. The Business Officer serves on the management team for the facility, reviews operational structures/processes, resolves problems, oversees facilities and programming, and reviews and enforces required policies. Position reviews museum priorities, thereby aligning, assigning, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support and report to the Regional Museum Site Manager.

• Oversees facilities management.

• Oversite of programmatic development and execution for the museum.

• Reviews, updates, and distributes policies and procedures to museum staff.

• Access operational need in regard to automation, telecommunication, and facility management.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences****Recruitment Range: $50,633 - $69,620 Annually****To receive credit for your work history and credentials, you must provide the information on the application form.
