Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, the case manager provides recovery-oriented case management services, skill building, and medication education. Responsibilities include conducting routine psycho‑social‑emotional needs assessments, completing Person‑Centered Recovery Plans, assisting youth, adults, and families in accessing community resources, providing rehabilitative services, initiating crisis intervention when needed, and documenting all services in an electronic health record as part of a multidisciplinary recovery team.
Services Provided Services promote recovery and wellness, community integration, independent living within the community, and improved quality of life. A high level of detailed electronic documentation is required and adherence to company and state guidelines is expected. A minimum of 55% of hours worked must be direct service.
Location & Compensation Location: Bastrop, TX
Hourly Salary Range: $21.46 - $30.71
Up to $4.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS
$0.75/hour – Bilingual
Up to $2.00/hour – prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas
$1.00/hour – Masters Degree in Human Services
$1.00/hour – Advanced Licensure
$0.50/hour – LCDC Licensure
Eligibility for $200/month Service Delivery Incentive Award
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Services*
Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, recovery‑focused environment.
Demonstrated aptitude to connect with people.
Possesses a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintains approved driver status throughout employment.
If degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Services.
One year’s experience in providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis intervention and screening.
Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work, or a related field.
Advanced licensure.
Bilingual in ASL or Spanish.
Experience in providing concurrent documentation.
Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
