Seeking a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to provide
one-on-one diabetic care
to a student during school hours. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring blood glucose levels, and ensuring the student’s safety and well-being throughout the school day. Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $44.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Provide
1:1 nursing care
to a student with diabetes Monitor and document
blood glucose levels
regularly Recognize and respond promptly to
hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia Coordinate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers regarding the student’s care plan Maintain accurate
medical records and daily logs Promote a safe and supportive learning environment for the student Required Qualifications
Active
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license (State-specific) Experience with
diabetic care
(pediatric experience preferred) Knowledge of insulin administration, glucose monitoring, and emergency response CPR and First Aid Preferred Qualifications
