Blazer Jobs is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time school year backfill position. This onsite role focuses on providing medical support for a student with diabetes while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with school health protocols.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and manage blood glucose levels for a student with diabetes
Administer medications and treatments as required
Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
Respond to health needs throughout the school day
Collaborate with school staff and families as appropriate
Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Activeেফ LPN license required
Experience supporting students with diabetes preferred
Prior California school-based experience preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours
