What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates to ensure medication adherence and timely support
Proactively manage patient support in assigned hospitals and clinics for on-time medication delivery
Conduct audits and manage team responsiveness in supported systems
Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and support to team members
Collaborate with hospital partners and manage communications between teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be a registered pharmacy technician with national certification (CPhT)
Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience, with a preference for 3-5 years in Specialty Pharmacy
Strong leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or equivalent role
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Training in leadership and management theory
Experience with pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems (knowledge of Willow, Qs1, and RX30 is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others
Experience in a patient-centered healthcare environment
