Front Desk Assistant/Care Coordinator
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic Care Coordinators to join our growing team. We are a leader in dental implant services, known for our exceptional patient care and innovative solutions.
What Nuvia Offers
Pay: $20-$39 per hour
($20-$24 per hour base + up to $2,000 monthly bonuses + up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses)
Competitive base pay with the opportunity to earn an additional $32K/year in bonuses.

Role Overview As a Care Coordinator, you will greet patients, manage appointments, handle administrative tasks, collect patient feedback, and ensure a seamless, patient‑focused experience.

Morning Routine: Prepare the office, attend huddle, review schedule.
Patient Interactions: Greet patients, schedule and reschedule appointments.
Handling Billing and Payments: Process payments, answer billing questions.
Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, data entry.
Patient Engagement: Proactively seek feedback, encourage online reviews.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles, work with doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants.
End‑of‑Day Tasks: Reflect, review schedule for next day, secure office.
