Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At Boston Speech Therapy, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs. This position is full-time, 35 hours a week at $90 per hour, and itโs working with students who are between kindergarten and eighth grade. This is a 1099 contract position, and it goes from now until the end of the school year.
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in creating and conducting training sessions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting behavior analysis
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
1099 contract position
Full-time, 35 hours a week
$90/HR
K-8th grade
