Full‑Time Speech Therapist
At Boston Speech Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated speech therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with students, families, and other professionals to create and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clients
Design and implement personalized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services to clients in‑person or via teletherapy
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to enhance client care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field
Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience in providing speech therapy in a clinical or educational setting
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Benefits
1099 contract until the end of school year
Full‑time, 35 hours a week
$80 per hour
K‑12th grade
