Boston Speech Therapy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist who values flexibility in their work schedule. This position allows for both part-time and full-time hours, with competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $85 per hour. Our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where they can provide high-quality speech therapy services to individuals across various age groups.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, creating personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs. Whether you prefer to work part-time or full-time, we provide the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while making a significant impact in the lives of your clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate communication disorders
Develop tailored intervention strategies to address specific client needs
Provide direct therapy and monitor progress through measurable outcomes
Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize client care
Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes
Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience in providing speech therapy in a clinical or educational setting preferred
Strong assessment, analytical, and therapeutic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Capability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
Flexibility in scheduling and openness to adjusting hours as needed
1099 Contract position $80-85 per hour
