Lead .Net Full Stack Developer
Infosys is seeking a Lead .Net Full Stack Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture and Design. The role involves creating high‑level design artifacts, delivering high‑quality code deliverables for modules, leading validation for all testing types, and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty activities. You will work in a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and diversity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education.
Resident within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience designing and developing web applications using .Net and Angular 10+.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in .Net development.
At least 4 years of experience with Angular 10 and above.
Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with the software development life cycle.
Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Ensuring code quality and performance through unit, integration testing, and code reviews.
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues with focus on root cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
Applying secure coding practices and compliance standards, especially relevant to banking and financial applications.
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Experience in banking or financial services, with understanding of treasury, transaction processing, compliance, and data security.
